HOW DO WE ENSURE QUALITY?
We have worn, washed and tested all of the items we print on, and we take pride in creating high-quality products. We are continuously working to improve our methods for quality control. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at email@example.com and we provide a replacement or refund.
WHY DO WE CHOOSE TO HAVE SUCH A SMALL SELECTION?
As a small company that has grown organically since day one, we do not produce large runs or on hold onto a big inventory. Instead, we make great product when it is seasonally relevant and release it in smaller quantities online and in our shops. The best way to make sure you are in-the-know when we release new product is to sign up HERE for our newsletter.
HOW CAN I VISIT THE STUDIO?
We love visitors! Although one of us is typically here printing, working, or just hanging out we recommend you call ahead and make sure the studio is open. It is quite the journey to the island of North Haven, but if you have the time, please come see us! You’ll want to check the ferry schedule here! We are just a hop, skip, and jump away from the terminal you don’t need a car! It makes for a great (though short) day trip from Midcoast Maine, or can be worked into a longer North Haven experience.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
CAN I TALK TO A REAL HUMAN ABOUT SIZING?
Of course! – Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a few basic measurements (height, weight, etc.) and the item(s) you’re looking to purchase. We’ll get you set up with a great fitting shirt.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY AMAZING PRINTED GOODS?
To ensure the quality and softness of your new garment, wash it in cold water and tumble dry low. And, of course, wear it often!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We process orders within 2 days, then ship them to you via USPS. Given the mail leaves the island daily, so standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you placed your order within the last 12 hours please contact us at email@example.com and we will make the changes. If you missed that window, contact us anyway and we will find a way to help!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do, and we love seeing our product travel! But since your items are traveling quite a ways, all international orders are final sale and they often require extra shipping charges. Please contact us with any questions.
WILL YOU RESTOCK A SOLD-OUT ITEM?
If the demand is great enough, we will!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 90-day return policy. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. We charge $5 to cover return shipping and restocking and deduct this amount from your refund. Exchanges are free. To make a return or exchange please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT IF MY ITEM(S) ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED?
If you have a damaged or defective item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of you!
HOW CAN I RETURN A GIFT?
We offer store credit for gift returns. Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and include any information you have (item, order number, name of person who placed the order, etc.). Feel free to include a photo if that makes it easier!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
